Tom Russell, who leads our Global Medical Affairs recruitment function, explains how we partnered with a growing international US biotech that had seven commercial products and a pipeline of drugs across several different disease areas, including rare diseases, optimality, immunology, oncology and haematology.

They needed to build an international field based medical affairs team consisting of more than 25 hires across eight countries. With over 18 years of experience and being true experts within our field, we were able to deliver a strong shortlist of candidates for each and every role within the assigned two week time period. We helped screen every candidate in-depth and supported with the onboarding process which allowed the organisation to focus on their oncology product launch in lung and skin cancers and have a real impact with patients and their families.
