Associate Director - Inflammation / Autoimmunity - Permanent- Mountain View, CA

̽��ϼ� is seeking a dedicated and innovative individual for the role of Associate Director - Inflammation / Autoimmunity.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead a research team focused on the discovery and validation of targets in the field of immunology. This role requires active engagement in the scientific community, effective leadership, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and rigorous research environment.

Skills & Requirements:

Ph.D. in Immunology with relevant industry experience.
Proven success in leading early-stage drug discovery programs.
Extensive knowledge of immunology, particularly in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
Exceptional scientific acumen with the ability to design and interpret complex experiments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Proven track record of intellectual property generation, including patent filings and peer-reviewed publications.

The Associate Director - Inflammation / Autoimmunity responsibilities will be:

Establish and lead an immunology research team focused on advanced target discovery and pipeline development.
Stay updated on emerging fields and targets in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases through active participation in conferences and seminars.
Lead and mentor a team of researchers, managing performance goals, hiring processes, and budget allocations.
Establish and maintain productive collaborations with cross-functional teams on a global scale.
Foster an open and rigorous research environment, contributing to the research community through participation in meetings and collaborative projects.
