Associate Formulation Development Scientist - Contract - Cambridge, MA

̽»¨ºÏ¼¯ is seeking a dedicated and innovative individual for the role of Associate Formulation Development Scientist.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the formulation and process development of drug products, with a focus on vials and prefilled syringes. This role is crucial in supporting both early and late-stage drug product manufacturing.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Proven hands-on experience in parental formulation and process development.
• Understanding of analytical and characterization methods for drug products and processes such as UPLC/HPLC, UV/vis spectroscopy, viscosity, density, titration and compendia assays, particle analysis.
• Demonstrated knowledge of formulation development and process of designing experiments as well as interpreting results.

The Associate Formulation Development Scientist's responsibilities will be:

• Initiate and manage projects related to drug product development.
• Conduct literature reviews to stay updated on the latest advancements in the field.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and write reports to support drug product manufacturing.
• Support in-house and external production of non-clinical, developmental, and clinical material.
• Design and execute in-house lab activities.
• Author and review protocols and reports to support Drug Product Development.
