̽��ϼ� is currently recruiting a dedicated and innovative CAPEX Project Manager for Assembly & Packaging. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team within the Life Science industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a drive to make a significant impact in their field.

Responsibilities:

Oversee secondary and tertiary packaging processes and requirements.
Ensure packaging lines and materials meet industry standards and regulations.
Manage the assembly of devices, focusing on quality and efficiency.
Set up operational processes and systems for smooth project execution.
Validate serialization processes and computer systems to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Strong team player with a focus on fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience in managing and implementing change control processes and strategies.
Proficiency in using document management systems for efficient organization and retrieval of project documentation.
Skilled in contract management, including drafting, negotiation, and execution.
Comfortable escalating issues to senior management for quick decision-making and problem resolution.
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and other relevant project management applications.
