̽»¨ºÏ¼¯ is currently seeking a Citrix Systems Engineer for one of our clients and in this position as a Systems Engineer, you will manage complex system environments in security-sensitive settings and enhance existing customer environments within a motivated server team. Your role requires broad Microsoft knowledge and deep Citrix expertise, including familiarity with Virtual Apps and Desktop, Citrix ADC Gateway, Traffic Management, Thin Client, and GPO. You will support operations, resolve issues, and define and implement customer solutions, proactively developing and implementing optimizations.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operations: Manage and develop existing customer environments in a security-sensitive setting within a motivated server team.
• Microsoft and Citrix: Leverage broad Microsoft knowledge and deep Citrix expertise, including Virtual Apps and Desktop, Citrix ADC Gateway, Traffic Management, Thin Client, and GPO.
• Support Operations: Provide operational support and resolve any arising issues.
• Providing Solutions: Assist in defining and implementing solutions for customers.
• Customer Development: Proactively develop and implement optimizations to further enhance customer environments.

Skillsets and Experience:

• Experience in operating Citrix environments with advanced knowledge in VDI and Microsoft technologies
• Completed computer science training (computer scientist HF/FH, federal FA)
• Citrix certifications and Microsoft MCSA certification
• Current ITIL versions
