Job Description:

̽»¨ºÏ¼¯ is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Data Manager-Global Biotech. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical data management tasks outsourced to CROs, ensuring their performance meets the agreed timelines and quality requirements. This role will also involve liaising between the CRO(s) and other functional team members for all issues related to data for assigned studies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical data management tasks outsourced to CROs, ensuring their performance meets the agreed timelines and quality requirements.
• Act as a liaison between the CRO(s) and other functional team members for all issues related to data for assigned studies.
• Support the Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management in the development and/or review of case report forms, study database structure and validation, data management plan, quality plans (including edit checks) and study timelines.
• Establish quality expectations for clinical data and ensure adherence throughout the duration of the studies.
• Perform other activities as assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team, in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a Lead Clinical Data Manager role, preferably in a drug development environment.
• Experience working with CROs and consultants in outsourced data management tasks.
• Good knowledge of data management standards including database requirements and processing of clinical and external vendor data.
• Good understanding of CDISC standards.
• Understanding of medical coding requirements.
