̽��ϼ� is seeking a dedicated and strategic Business Development Director for a newly established healthcare infrastructure fund team. This role is based in Singapore and will be instrumental in driving business development within the healthcare domain across the APAC region, including Singapore, Australia, Japan, Korea, and other Southeast Asian countries.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement investment strategies for the biomedical industry in the APAC region.
Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the biomedical industry.
Negotiate with government authorities and potential partners to develop investment plans.
Monitor and manage the performance of existing investment projects.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the biomedical industry.
Participate in investment committee meetings and provide investment recommendations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven track record in the biomedical/pharma industry, preferably with experience in business development across APAC.
Fluent in English and proficient in business negotiations.
Ability to work independently, adapt to a start-up environment, and manage change effectively.
Strong professional ethics, positive work attitude, and willingness to travel within the APAC region.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
