̽��ϼ� is seeking a dedicated Global HR Project Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to our international HR projects, offering the opportunity to collaborate globally and make a significant impact across our organization. Responsibilities

Lead international HR projects, managing all phases from planning to implementation and completion.
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure project success.
Gain broad insights into HR strategy, focusing on current and future developments and trends.
Maintain an overview of ongoing HR projects, supporting their implementation and ensuring continuous progress.
Support the creation of concepts for integrating new digital HR tools or technical innovations into existing systems.
Handle project documentation, support external projects, and conduct comprehensive needs analysis and research.
Act as an interface to HR IT and other project participants and departments.

Key Skills and Requirements

Degree in business administration/economics, human resources, social sciences, psychology, or a comparable field.
Experience in project and process management with a structured and organized approach.
Strong IT affinity and proficiency in MS Office programs.
Strong analytical and intercultural skills, with an innovative and creative mindset.
High communication skills in both German and English.
Team player with a solution-focused approach, eager to actively shape international projects.
