̽»¨ºÏ¼¯ is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimising the logistical processes to ensure seamless project delivery. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in logistics, supply chain management and operations, preferably within an engineering consultancy or similar environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and oversee all logistics operations including procurement, transportation and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to understand project requirements and provide logistical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including customs procedures and import/export laws.
• Analyze logistics data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and control logistics costs, prepare budgets, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken. Arabic would be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
