̽»¨ºÏ¼¯ is seeking a dedicated and innovative individual for the role of Manufacturing Engineer. The successful candidate will work within a cross-functional team to establish manufacturing lines for medical devices, prioritizing safety, quality service, and cost. The role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, scientific problem-solving methodologies, and statistical techniques. The individual will also be responsible for designing manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within a cross-functional team to establish manufacturing lines for medical devices.
  • Understand and comply with quality management system documents.
  • Use scientific problem-solving methodologies and statistical techniques in decision making.
  • Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
  • Adapt machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
  • Inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency.
  • Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control.
  • Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Engineering degree.
  • Experience in medical device process development and manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of products with electrical functionality is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and use of statistics.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and leveraging basic project management skills.
  • Ability to work full time on site.
