Outsourcing Manager - Contract - Lawrenceville, NJ

̽»¨ºÏ¼¯ is seeking an Outsourcing Specialist to lead the team.

Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing outsourcing activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving the success of projects. This position requires strong collaboration with operational teams, support groups and service providers.

Skills & Requirements:

• BA or BS Degree in Legal, Life Science, Business Administration, or equivalent. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in clinical development within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry.
• Proven ability to engage with a wide range of suppliers, including initiating, negotiating, and executing legal and financial agreements in the clinical trials environment.

The Outsourcing Manager's responsibilities will be:

• Interface with operational teams, support groups, and service providers for the selection, contracting, and execution of outsourced studies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical practices, and outsourcing and procurement policies.
• Drive project success to meet short-term objectives and adhere to project schedules.
