̽��ϼ� is seeking a Product Support Specialist for a 12-month contract role based in the Manchester region. This field-based position involves overseeing the implementation of Optimall Inventory across the Manchester Foundation Trust as part of the Laboratory Managed Service Contract. The role requires ensuring excellent customer training and support for the full utilization of the solution, including replenishment.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation of Optimall Inventory.
Provide comprehensive training to customers for full utilization of the solution.
Identify and develop training and resource plans for sustained tool usage.
Apply change management methodologies to support system uptake.
Monitor and maintain compliance records for constructive feedback.
Review data to identify optimal stock levels and ensure alignment with KPIs and customer requirements.
Implement actions based on data generated from the system regarding stock levels.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Strong understanding of inventory management systems.
Excellent training and communication skills.
Ability to develop and implement training and resource plans.
Proficiency in change management methodologies.
Experience in monitoring compliance and providing feedback.
Analytical skills to review data and implement necessary actions.
