̽»¨ºÏ¼¯ is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer with a focus on Infrastructure and Systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary engineering team, planning and delivering a significant project aimed at reducing energy and carbon footprints. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering significant projects within a highly regulated environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a portfolio of infrastructure and utility upgrades.
- Perform procurement, acceptance of equipment & associated infrastructure, and report regularly on project status.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety codes, approved project KPIs, performance standards, and specifications.
- Liaise with external and internal customers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure right-first-time project deployment.
- Communicate project goals, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
- Support other project participants to overcome obstacles.
- Deliver performance metrics for budget, schedule, scope, and quality adherence.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or equivalent Engineering discipline.
- Proven project management skills, including planning and scheduling, risk management, resource management, budget management, and time management.
- Familiarity with the latest technology and tools used in project management and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
- Quality control and continuous improvement skills.
- Detailed knowledge of cGMP pharmaceutical environment.
- A master's degree would be advantageous.
