̽��ϼ� are representing a medium sized, global biotech who are expanding rapidly due the significant assets that are in development in our clients pipeline. As a result, they're seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Operations Programs to strengthen their Global Clinical Trial/ Program Operations team.

The Senior Director, Clinical Operations Programs is integral to the planning, leading and execution of operational paths for all indications within a franchise, from initial human studies through to authorization and commercialization.

The company are flexible with this candidate being fully remote in either the Netherlands, Belgium, UK, Spain and Germany.

Responsibilities:

Supervise Directors of Clinical Programs, ensuring strategic input and accountability for all clinical-related aspects within the assigned therapeutic indication/program.
Serve as a senior point of contact for all clinical-related activities for a given Franchise across asset indications.
Manage resource requirements for Trial Operations within the franchise, ensuring efficient and timely onboarding of necessary resources.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or University degree in medical or para-medical fields (Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Veterinary etc.) or equivalent experience. A PhD degree is a plus.
Proven leadership skills and experience with line management within Clinical Operations in the pharmaceutical/biotech industries.
Proven expertise in planning and executing development clinical trials as well as plans.
