̽��ϼ� is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Scientist. This role focuses on utilizing human genetics and genomic approaches to identify new therapeutic targets for immune-mediated diseases. The successful candidate will be working on innovative projects involving regulatory T cells to address autoimmunity and inflammation. This is a lab-based position which will contribute significantly to drug discovery programs using cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute in vitro cell-based immunology assays relevant to disease biology.
Test compounds/antibodies and explore their mechanisms of action in relevant cells.
Generate high-quality, robust data independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Develop and implement cellular assays to evaluate drug target functions in immune cells.
Utilize multi-parameter flow cytometry and other assay techniques for pharmacological evaluation.

Key Skills and Requirements:

PhD in cellular and molecular biology with relevant experience.
Practical laboratory experience in cellular immunology from industrial or academic settings.
Expertise in cell culture techniques, including isolation and culture of primary human cells.
Proficiency in multi-parameter flow cytometry for studying cellular responses.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Creative, innovative, and proactive approach to research.
