Sr Research Scientist, Flow Cytometry - Contract - Wilmington, DE

̽��ϼ� is seeking a dedicated Senior Research Scientist to join the research team.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidates primary focus will be on operating and maintaining flow cytometry instruments, supporting the development of pre-clinical flow cytometry panels, and conducting experiments to evaluate new targets. This role is crucial in advancing our discovery pipeline and requires a strong commitment to laboratory work.

Skills & Requirements:

Degree in a relevant scientific field.
Hands-on experience with flow cytometry and data analysis software.
Background in cancer or myeloid disease biology is advantageous.
Proficiency in scientific software such as Microsoft Excel, GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, and FCS Express.
Ability to work onsite in a laboratory setting.

The Sr Research Scientist's responsibilities will be:

Operate and maintain flow cytometry instruments, including cell sorters.
Assist in developing complex in vitro/in vivo flow cytometry panels.
Conduct flow cytometry experiments, analyze data, and compile results.
Perform 2D cell cultures and cellular growth assays.
Work independently in the lab with minimal supervision.
Adhere to safety practices and maintain accurate records.
