Staff Scientist, Protein Biochemistry - Contract - Wilmington, DE

̽��ϼ� is seeking an Antibody Discovery Specialist to join a dedicated team focusing on early-phase screening of antibody candidates.

Primary Responsibilities:

This position will focus on protein quality control, maintaining mammalian cell lines, and preparing antibody stocks using high-throughput systems. The successful candidate will also manage the registration of these stocks in our compound management system. This position requires meticulous record-keeping and collaboration across various discovery projects.

Skills & Requirements:

Background in protein biochemistry and cell biology.
Experience with analytical lab equipment such as HPLC, cIEF, and CE-SDS.
Proficiency in mammalian cell culture and cell line propagation.
Familiarity with automation lab equipment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

The Staff Scientist's responsibilities will be:

Conduct routine protein quality control tasks.
Utilize high-throughput liquid handling systems for antibody stock preparation.
Manage and maintain the antibody compound registry.
Support antibody discovery campaigns by maintaining necessary cell cultures.
