̽��ϼ� is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Customer Service Manager. This role will enhance customer experiences and support patient access to key treatments. The successful candidate will manage supply chain operations within a virtual business model, focusing on continuous improvement and effective stakeholder communication.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Oversee customer onboarding, order management, returns, and backorder processes.
Communicate order and inventory status to relevant stakeholders.
Manage relationships with external logistics service providers.
Track and ensure satisfactory service levels through KPIs and metrics.
Optimize inventory management for the DACH region.
Identify and implement improvements in Order-to-Cash processes.
Assess and communicate risks, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
Maintain effective communication with DACH stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track patient pathways through pharmacies and ensure data accuracy.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in customer service or supply chain operations within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
Familiarity with drug development and commercialization, particularly in oncology or orphan diseases, is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Strong team-player with proven success in cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in German and French, with effective communication skills in English.
