Associate Scientist- Contract - Cambridge, MA

̽»¨ºÏ¼¯ is seeking a dedicated Associate Scientist to join a dynamic team.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role will focus on developing processes to integrate innovative chemistries into our manufacturing platform. The successful candidates' work will be crucial in advancing oligonucleotide synthesis and downstream processing methods.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic understanding of analytical techniques such as pH, osmolality, conductivity measurement, HPLC, and LC-MS. Hands-on experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with oligonucleotide manufacturing processes, including phosphonamidite chemistry and chromatography, is advantageous.
• Strong record-keeping and laboratory documentation skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high laboratory standards and a safe, clean work environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.

The Associate Scientist's responsibilities will be:

• Develop and optimize oligonucleotide synthesis methods.
• Scale up processes for manufacturing.
• Support the development of downstream processing methods.
• Conduct in-process analytical testing.
• Collaborate with research and process scientists to create robust processes for new chemistries.
